Quality Control:

All Items have been checked for damage/missing pieces before packaging.

Damaged Items:

The customer must contact us within 36 hours of receipt of purchase. Please

email all pertinent information regarding damage or missing items to

SandieDesigns109@gmail.com

Please include pictures of shipping package, if damaged, and damaged item.

Return Shipping of Damaged Item:

Shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Items must be shipped back in

the original package. Jewelry by Sandie L will either fix the item or replace it with like. 

We will pay for the return shipping to customer.
